Suitable for

Experienced hikers with no cardiovascular or respiratory issues and good preparation for the elevation gain (800 m. on the first day / 850 m. on the second day).
Upon request, the program of the ascent to Tresenta can be customized to your level.

Mountaineering ascent in Gran Paradiso with Alpine Guide, overnight stay in an alpine hut.

Tour highlights
  • A climb above 3,500 meters suitable for those who want to test themselves at high altitude by reaching a beautiful summit in the Gran Paradiso National Park, or even for families with teenagers with previous experience.
  • A highly recognizable peak due to its pyramid shape near the Montcorvè Glacier, between the Ciarforon and the Gran Paradiso Pass.
  • Overnight stay at the famous Vittorio Emanuele II hut, with a mountain dinner and an evening in the company of mountaineers and hikers.
  • Accompaniment by one of our expert Alpine Guides, who will teach you the basics of mountaineering and mountain safety, in addition to guiding you along the ascent to Tresenta.
  • On request, customize the Tresenta summit climb combining other outdoor activities and tours, as well as extra overnight stays.

Arrival in Pont Valsavarenche and hike towards the Vittorio Emanuele II mountain hut

Day 2

Hike to the Moncorvé Glacier and then the summit of Tresenta, return to Pont Valsavarenche
