The Lake Como hike can follow two different routes, depending on your level:
- OPTION 1 - Easy level: suitable for anyone in good health.
- OPTION 2 - Intermediate-advanced level: suitable for hikers in good health who can handle 900m of elevation gain on a partially rocky trail.

Option 1: easy
- Scenic walk from Varenna to Bellano with breathtaking views of Lake Como
- Visit to the charming village of Varenna and the fascinating Vezio Castle
- Trail through olive groves, stunning landscapes, and remains of the historic water-powered funicular
- Exciting visit to the Orrido di Bellano, a spectacular canyon with suspended walkways
Option 2: medium-challenging
- Panoramic trek from Lierna to Varenna through forests and ancient villages
- Ascent to San Pietro Church (992m) with stunning views over the lake
- Passage through the characteristic Mezzedo mountain huts and the village of Vezio
- Visit to the enchanting Vezio Castle, surrounded by a magical atmosphere
