For hikers without cardiovascular or circulatory problems, with little or no experience in via ferratas, snow, and rocky terrain requiring easy climbing steps.
Tour type
One-day training on via ferrata, rocky terrain, and snowy conditions with an expert Alpine Guide.
- A day in roped party on rocky terrain for beginners, in the wild valleys of Piedmont.
- Learn how to move safely on via ferrata, snowfields, and easy rock climbing passages.
- Accompanied by an expert Alpine Guide for a day of exercises aimed at training on educational terrain preparatory to climbing Monviso.
- A first approach to mountaineering, designed for beginners who want to assess their suitability for the Monviso summit climb.
Day 1
Meeting with the Alpine Guide at the chosen location, introductory briefing, mountaineering training
- Certified English speaking Alpine Guide and their expenses (other languages available on request)
- Private transfers to/from the starting point
- Meals and bevereages
- Mountaineering equipment rental: harness, crampons and ice axe
- Personal clothing and mountaineering boots (required)
