Duration

from 4 to 8 days

Suitable for

Suitable for hikers in good shape, capable to walk at least 5 hours a day on mountain trails, sometimes on rocky terrain, with an average altitude gain of +/- 900m. The program can be customized according to your experience and fitness level.

Best time

From mid-July to mid-September. From mid-June to mid-July, and from late August to mid September, it is still possible to find snow on the highest passes; therefore we recommend using lightweight crampons and trekking poles.

Tour type

Trekking tour with overnight stays in small hotels and mountain huts, with an hiking guide or self-guided with maps and GPS waypoints. Luggage transport service available upon request.
