Suitable for

Anyone in good health who can walk at least 3-4 hours a day with elevation changes of +/- 600 m on mountain trails with earthy and/or stony ground.
The program will be tailored to your level.

Hiking weekend in the Alps accompanied by an expert hiking guide and overnight stay in a mountain hut.
