An amazing trekking route: hike across the valleys of Gran Paradiso, surrounded by towering peaks and the magical nature of the Park, either self-guided with maps and GPS points or accompanied by an expert guide.

Duration
4 daysSuitable for
Hikers capable of tackling climbs of at least +1000 m and distances of around 15 km on various types of terrain (earth, stone, rocky, forest). The route may include some easy exposed sections and/or equipped trails that do not require special gear or technical skills, but are not recommended for those who suffer from severe vertigo and/or do not have a secure footing.
Approximately +/- 3,000 m elevation gain and 50 km total distance.
Best time
From mid-July to the end of August.
From mid-June to mid-July, snow may still be found on the highest passes, so we recommend the use of light crampons and trekking poles.
Tour type

Arrival in Surier - Trek to Rifugio Bezzi 2284 m. and possible excursions in the surroundings.

trek Rifugio Benevolo - Col Rosset - Rifugio Savoia - Rifugio Tetras Lyre
Day 4
trek towards Rifugio Chabod and descent to Pravieux, transfer to Surier

I was born in mountain huts to parents who were mountain enthusiasts, and they passed this great passion on to me. After spending some time working seasonal jobs in high-altitude refuges, I decided to pursue the path of becoming a mid-mountain guide to share and convey my love for those magical peaks that make my soul resonate so deeply.
Passionate about crystals, medicinal plants and flowers, ski mountaineering, alpinism, and rock climbing, I am thrilled to work as a mid-mountain guide. I see this role as a gateway to a wild world where we feel so small and insignificant, yet filled with the unique magic that it holds.
