Suitable for rock climbers familiar with lead-climbing techniques and safety manoeuvres on crags. A level of 5c leading (French grading system) is required. The program can be customised according to the level and experience of the participants.

Trad climbing weekend in Piedmont with expert Alpine Guides and equipment rental, overnight stay in a cozy mountain hut.
Tour highlights
  • A rock climbing weekend tour with a certified Alpine Guide, to learn or master the trad climbing and crack climbing techniques, using nut & friends and safety manoeuvres.
  • 2 days on the epic walls of Orco Valley, in the Alps of Piedmont: part of Gran Paradiso National Park, this area is the best spot for trad and crack climbing in Piedmont!
  • Learn how to climb on your own on partially equipped routes and on unequipped routes as well, and improve your technique on cracks, flakes and slabs.
  • Optional: extra day on unequipped multi-pitch routes with our expert mountain guides.
  • On request, customize the trad climbing weekend in the Alps of Piedmont program combining other outdoor activities and tours.
