Anyone in good health who is capable of handling the elevation gain specified in the detailed program.

Best time

All year round (except from mid-October to mid-December).

Snowshoes or microspikes will be used in winter. The planned routes may be subject to changes depending on weather conditions (both prior to and during the excursions) and snow levels, in agreement with the guide.

Two days of excursions with an official guide from the Gran Paradiso National Park, with overnight stay in a hotel or B&B.
